Fairway IT Solutions provides 1:1 SMS messaging for service coordination, ticket updates, technician scheduling, and account‑related support. This program does notinclude marketing, mass messaging, or automated alert campaigns. - Opt‑In Instructions
Fairway IT Solutions collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone.
When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications.
They will be verbally informed that:
Message frequency varies.
Message & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP for support.
Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties
